繼八月得知SIGG的消息後...SIGG之雙酚A事件

一開始瞭解台灣代理商並沒有在第一時間宣布召回舊瓶

不過SIGG已接受美加地區的消費者自行寄回更換

因為自己的是在瑞士機場購買

所以乾脆在9/3寫了一封信到SIGG官網...

問說美加地區可更換,我的瓶子是在瑞士機場買的,而目前人在台灣,應如何處理

其實也沒有期望他會有什麼正面的回應

只是覺得自己還是需要表達一下

畢竟世界各地都有SIGG瓶,為何只有美加地區可換瓶

 

沒想到,9/7就在信箱中得到亞洲區的director的回信

表示該公司從來沒有說過SIGG瓶是no BPA,只強調其產品是不會釋出BPA的

不過如果還是想換新內襯塗料的瓶子,可以寄給台灣代理商均岱公司處理

以下是其回覆全文

First off, thank you for taking the time to write to us.

We understand your point and recognize that there is a lot of confusion about BPA out there right now. To our knowledge, we at SIGG have never advertised our old liner bottles as being BPA free. Sometimes SIGG retailers or journalists will hear the “no leaching of BPA” message and inadvertently shorten that in their communications to “no BPA”.

We believe we have the best protective liners in the world and have been extremely transparent with the testing of our bottles which you may have seen in the info section on our site (http://www.sigg.com/news-media/press-releases/press-releases-detail/ceo-letters-about-our-liners). The controversy that has swirled around BPA in the past has involved the problems of plastic bottles leaching BPA into the water and SIGG has never had a problem with leaching. Please also find attached the Q&A regarding our SIGG liners for your kind reference.

If after going through the information we have provided you, you still wish to exchange your old SIGG bottles for new SIGG bottles with the BPA-free EcoCare liner you can send the bottle to the following address:

本來原先在網路上看到均岱公司的態度

就想將舊瓶身附上這封信,寄給其負責人

若是均岱不願更換,再寫去SIGG官網反映

不過台灣的代理商也因為消費者的壓力

同意消費者在填好表格後可將瓶身寄回處理

所以我就將之前分送給均恩表哥表姐們的SIGG瓶先召回

Airi表姐的很久沒用也找不到了,只拿到四個瓶子

再將瓶身一起寄給台灣的均岱公司

 

9/15寄出,在十月初打電話去詢問

他們說這次寄來的瓶很多,所有人力都投入

沒辦法查我們的瓶是否寄出,不過應該都在處理了

10/8終於收到均岱公司寄來的新瓶身

他們是說只能換同樣容量的瓶身,除非有特別註明需求,否則不能挑花色

KIDS 系列...每個瓶身設計還是其一貫的可愛風格



  


 

 

不過瓶身內襯塗料的確明顯不同




 

 

均岱公司還附上致歉函及200元折價券....

也算是表現了誠意...

 

 

只是...因為均均這陣子還是需要水壺

媽咪又去買了一個

均均很喜歡新水壺,對寄回來的新瓶反而興趣缺缺

 

 

所以這些瓶就成了我們的備用隨身瓶了...

把換瓶經驗拿來分享一下,有需要的人記得寄回代理商換貨哦...

想換瓶的人可以這樣做:

1. 打0800251179均岱客服電話,向其詢問退瓶事宜,要求其傳真退貨表格

(電話不太好打,要耐心一撥再撥)

2.填好其傳來表格,附上要換的瓶身(瓶蓋及吸嘴記得取下),自行郵寄至:

台北市內湖區瑞光路2號4樓-1,均岱公司收

最好註明: SIGG 08年 塗層換貨

3. 今天看了些文章討論,說TVBS有報導,換瓶只到10/31

想打電話確認,一直打不進去,有需要的人請趕快行動

4. 等待期間約二至四星期不等....
